- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Atlassian Guard.
- Good understanding of Atlassian workflows, permissions, spaces, macros, and administration concepts.
- Experience with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and enterprise migration methodologies.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Pre-migration assessments
- Test/sandbox migrations
- Production cutovers
- Rollback planning
- Post-migration data validation
- Understanding of Atlassian Marketplace app compatibility, licensing, and replacement/migration paths.
- Robust understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, user directories, domains, and identity consolidation.
- Ability to engage technical teams on scope, dependencies, architecture trade-offs, feasibility, effort, and migration risks.
