Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Nagpur. The Associate will support daily manufacturing operations, including monitoring production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in quality checks for solar panel output.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, tracking inventory and material flow, and helping ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.



The role also involves collaborating with supervisors and engineers to resolve operational issues, contribute to process improvements, and support reporting and data entry related to production performance.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, preferably in solar or renewable energy, and familiarity with production workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data, reports, and documentation tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in an on-site manufacturing workplace.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per operational requirements and to learn new processes and technologies in solar manufacturing.
