Role Description The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring for various roles within Neuberg Diagnostics. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, developing job descriptions, and ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.

The role also includes maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and adhering to organizational policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Experience in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Capabilities in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s values and employee experience across recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking sites.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition within healthcare, diagnostics, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
