Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Ensure documentation of incidents and resolutions is maintained accurately for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
- Solid troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with integration of multiple software components within business-critical environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
