Responsibilities

Build the business case and portfolio view for AI initiatives across a client or business unit.

Stand up governance aligned to EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.

Lead operating-model redesign and the change and reskilling work that makes it stick.

Qualifications

4+ years leading AI, digital transformation, or comparable change programs.
