About the role

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer (Associate level) with 3–5 years of experience to build and ship production-grade AI applications.

You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, build, deploy, and improve systems powered by LLMs, AI agents, Voice AI, and retrieval-based pipelines.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and ship AI-powered features and services using modern models and APIs.
- Develop applications using LLMs and multimodal AI models, including prompt design, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
- Build AI agents and multi-step workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
- Implement RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Work on Voice AI, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and real-time voice agents.
- Build backend services and REST APIs and integrate AI capabilities with databases and third-party platforms.
- Evaluate AI systems for accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost, and optimize them.
- Add logging, monitoring, and tracing to AI systems and debug issues in model outputs.

Required Skills





- 3–5 years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models) into applications.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
- Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.

Good to Have

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and RAG.
- Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, or AI agents in production.
- Exposure to Computer Vision, NLP, Speech AI, or multimodal AI.
- Working knowledge of Docker, AWS or other cloud platforms, and CI/CD.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Solid hands-on projects and production experience matter more than formal credentials.
