About the role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys connecting tools, APIs, and AI models to automate real business workflows.

You will work closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to design, build, test, and maintain AI-driven automations that save time and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Design and build end-to-end automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom code.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into workflows for classification, extraction, summarization, and content generation.
- Build AI agents and multi-step workflows with tool/function calling and structured outputs.
- Write and optimize prompts and system instructions for reliable, consistent outputs.
- Connect APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, ATS, email, and messaging platforms into automated pipelines.
- Write scripts and small services in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript to handle custom logic and data transformation.
- Work on Voice AI and conversational AI automations, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech where required.
- Add error handling, retries, logging, and alerts so that automations run reliably.





Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in automation, software development, or a related technical role.
- Programming fundamentals in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong familiarity with APIs, REST services, JSON, and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with at least one workflow tool such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering, and how AI models are integrated into applications.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source AI models.
- Experience with AI agents, voice agents, conversational AI, or chatbots.
- Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, or RAG.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Experience integrating CRMs, ATS, Google Workspace, Airtable, or Slack.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong automation and AI projects and practical experience are encouraged to apply.
