This role is in the Ayurak AI team, hiring through CXO India.

Ayurak builds AI that companies use to secure and govern their own systems: threat models drawn from architecture diagrams, an AI security and governance readiness assessment written from official framework text, and agents that fix what they find. You will build the AI parts of that platform and keep them reliable in production.

What you will do

- Build retrieval over large framework and architecture corpora, and measure whether answers are grounded in the source.
- Design agents that call tools under clear limits, with every action logged and reviewable.
- Write evaluations before features: test sets, scoring, and regression checks that run on every change.
- Run models in production: routing between providers, caching, cost per call and per customer, fallbacks when a provider fails.
- Ship structured output that downstream code can trust, and handle the cases where the model gets it wrong.

What you need
- The Ayurak Certified AI Engineer (ACAIE) certificate, or the willingness to take it during hiring. The exam covers RAG,



agentic and multi-agent systems, evaluation, LLMOps, AI security, fine-tuning, cost and responsible AI, with a hands-on lab and an interview: https://certify.ayurak.com/certifications/ai-engineer
- 2+ years writing production Python, plus experience calling LLM APIs in real products.
- Comfort with Postgres, queues and containers. Kubernetes is a plus.
- Explicit written English. You will document decisions others build on.
