Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor/Tele Caller at Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation in Chennai. The role involves:
1. Interacting with prospective students, and parents providing information about programs offered by the Institution, arranging college campus visit.
2. Assisting them in the admission process, and conducting follow-up calls to convert the enquiry in to admissions.
3. Daily reports to the reporting manager
4.
Coordinating with the team for the admission process
Qualifications
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in tele-calling or customer service roles
- Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus ( Telugu and Hindi)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Previous experience in education or counseling is beneficial
