Role – Transition Manager Location: Pune Experience: 8–12 Years Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) Work Mode: As per business requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure transition and migration programs. Develop and maintain transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Coordinate knowledge transfer (KT), training, and onboarding across teams and geographies. Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with global teams. Monitor transition readiness, stage-gate reviews, and sign-off activities. Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies. Track resource availability, capacity planning, and SME allocation. Prepare weekly status reports, program updates, and transition closure reports. Ensure timely completion of transition activities within agreed timelines. Mandatory Skills:



8–12 years of experience in IT transition/migration program management. Experience managing multiple workstreams across different geographies. Strong knowledge of knowledge transfer and transition methodologies. Experience in program planning, risk management, governance, and reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Robust proficiency in English. Preferred Skills: Experience in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services. Experience in transitioning IT infrastructure or application support functions to a Global Capability Centre (GCC). Knowledge of infrastructure operations such as networks, databases, middleware, cloud, or security. PMP or other recognized Program Management certification.
