Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS – Billing) to manage project billing, BOQ preparation, quantity measurements, rate analysis and contract administration. The candidate should have robust experience in construction projects, cost control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage BOQs and project billing.

- Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.

- Perform rate analysis, cost estimation and budget monitoring.

- Handle contract administration, claims and variation management.

- Review contractor bills and ensure accurate billing documentation.





- Coordinate with project managers and site teams.

- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.

- Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.

- Guide junior QS and billing team members.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing within the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, rate analysis and contract administration.

- Experience handling large-scale construction projects.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and Primavera.

- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
