Qualification & Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience,

B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of assembly processes

Experience with SPM (Special Purpose Machinery/Engineering)

Knowledge of food-processing / grain-processing machinery manufacturing

Sound understanding of welding processes

Hands-on experience in fabrication

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

5S, ISO quality systems, Kaizen, and inspection/ quality assurance

Desired Skills & Attributes

Technically strong professional with hands-on production floor experience





Able to manage assembly, welding, and fabrication processes end-to-end

Strong drawing-reading ability with attention to dimensional accuracy

Experience in food-processing, grain-processing, or related heavy machinery manufacturing preferred

Proactive, hands-on leader who can drive production efficiency and quality

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills across shop-floor teams
