What We Want

We are looking for a hands-on content marketer who can understand software, research a topic deeply, and turn that understanding into transparent, useful content that supports qualified signups.

Our product portfolio includes LeadCRM, Linked

Fusion, and GoKiosk.

The audience and content needs differ by product; you will learn the relevant product before creating content for it.

We already have founder-led planning, SEO support, technical resources, and an internal AI-assisted content system.

Our bottleneck is not generating drafts.

It is producing accurate, differentiated content with real product knowledge and practical insight.

We need someone who reduces the founder's writing and rewriting workload—not someone who needs the founder to supply every angle, example, and conclusion.

What You Will Own

Explore products and understand workflows, integrations, limitations, customer problems, and alternatives.

Turn search opportunities and business priorities into useful angles, outlines, and finished content.

Write detailed tutorials, comparisons, use-case guides, feature and landing-page copy, customer stories, and practical resources.

Create lead magnets such as checklists, templates, playbooks, and workflow guides.

Research independently, use credible sources, and distinguish verified facts from assumptions.

Add concrete examples, screenshots, steps, tradeoffs, and original insight rather than repeat existing articles.

Improve existing content that is generic, inaccurate,



outdated, or poorly connected to user intent.

Include natural product next steps and conversion copy without unsupported claims.

Use AI to accelerate research and drafting while taking responsibility for accuracy, depth, editing, and originality.

Collaborate with our SEO manager, founder, designer, and developers.

Coordinate other writers when useful, while remaining willing and able to write personally.

What We Expect You to Bring

Excellent English writing and editing for international business readers.

Relevant examples of software, technical, B2B SaaS, or product-led content.

Ability to learn unfamiliar software and explain how it actually fits into a user's work.

Strong research, fact-checking, and source-evaluation skills.

Understanding of search intent, content structure, internal linking, and conversion-focused writing.

Initiative: investigate what you can, ask focused questions about what you cannot verify, and move work forward.

Judgment to identify weak AI output and substantially improve it.

Mar

Tech experience is useful, but clear evidence of learning and writing ability matters more than a particular job title or employer.

What Success Looks Like

Content is accurate, specific, actionable,



and meaningfully better than generic search-result summaries.

Product learning improves quickly after onboarding.

Submissions need editorial feedback, not substantial founder reconstruction.

Work is delivered against agreed priorities with reasonable revision cycles.

Content contributes to relevant discovery, reader engagement, and qualified product interest, assessed with the wider team.

What This Role Is NotA management-only position.A generic blog-writing or AI-output publishing job.A role requiring the founder to supply every insight and detailed brief.

Ownership of all technical SEO, outbound sales, paid advertising, or every marketing channel.

We will provide product context and access.

We expect you to bring the fundamentals of research, writing, reasoning, and ownership.
