Relevant Experience: 4+ years designing and building integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including at least 2 end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations

Domain: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Integrations (PaaS)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Technical Consultant to design, develop and deliver integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and other applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will collaborate with clients, project managers, functional consultants and technical teams to deliver secure, high-quality integrations, and you will provide technical guidance on integration patterns, design standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

OIC with Oracle ERP Cloud: Design and development of OIC integrations on at least 2 end-to-end implementations integrating with Oracle ERP Cloud.

Inbound and outbound data flows: Extracting Oracle ERP Cloud data using BI Publisher reports and loading data into Oracle ERP Cloud using FBDI.

Integration methods: Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services, FBDI and ADFDI.

XSLT: Hands-on experience with XSLT transformations and mappings.

Development & testing: Hands-on development and unit testing of integration components and web services (SOAP/REST) in OIC.

Integration patterns: Experience with the main OIC integration patterns: File-based, App-driven, Scheduled and Event-based.

Troubleshooting:



Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving integration, load and ESS job failures.

Ownership: Ability to work independently, own deliverables and collaborate effectively within a team.

Good to Have

Integration with Autonomous databases (ATP).

API Gateway configuration experience.

Development of SQL/PL-SQL packages and functions, exposed as REST services using ORDS.

Building custom ESS jobs.

Knowledge of basic OCI components such as Object Storage, Events and Streaming.

Experience with OIC Process Automation, adapters such as FTP/SFTP, and integration security (OAuth, certificates).

Experience leading or mentoring junior developers.

Client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and functional consultants to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and integration designs.

Design and develop inbound and outbound integrations using OIC, selecting the appropriate pattern and adapter for each requirement.

Build and test integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud using BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI and SOAP/REST services.

Test, debug and troubleshoot to ensure the quality, performance and security of integration solutions.





Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data sources.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Stay current with the latest OIC features, enhancements and best practices.

Document technical specifications, configurations and procedures for integration solutions.

Support migration and deployment of integrations to production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Oracle certifications in OIC or Oracle Cloud development are a plus.

7+ years of overall experience as an Oracle Integration or Oracle Developer consultant, with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and its development approaches for File, App-driven, Scheduled and Event-based patterns.

Proficiency in XSLT and Java Script.

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications and their underlying data models.

Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.

Experience with the full SDLC: requirements, analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.
