Role Summary
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade automation solutions using the UiPath platform. The role combines solution architecture, platform strategy, governance, integration, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end UiPath automation architecture and assess business processes for automation feasibility and value.
Design scalable, secure, resilient, and reusable attended, unattended, and intelligent automation solutions.
Create Solution Design Documents (SDDs), architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
Establish RPA governance, development standards, reusable frameworks, security controls, and deployment best practices.
Architect solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Integration Service, Process Mining, Task Mining, and Test Suite.
Define robot sizing, queues, scheduling, capacity planning, infrastructure, monitoring,



and disaster-recovery requirements.
Design integrations with ERP/CRM platforms, web applications, APIs, databases, cloud services, and legacy systems.
Conduct architecture and code reviews, guide delivery teams, support deployments, and engage business and technology stakeholders.
Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in UiPath/RPA architecture and solution design.
Robust expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and Integration Service.
Experience with enterprise RPA governance, security, infrastructure, bot performance, and automation lifecycle management.
Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, .NET (C#/VB.NET), Python or Power Shell, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, estimation, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional or Advanced RPA Developer certification.
Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, Process/Task Mining, AI/ML integrations, Dev Ops, and CI/CD.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
