Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather analytics and reporting requirements across Retail, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Warehouse Management functions.
- Understand retail business processes including:

1. Sales and Store Operations
2. Inventory Management
3. Warehouse Management
4. Order Fulfilment
5. Replenishment and Allocation
6. Supply Chain and Logistics

- Define business KPIs, analytical models, and dashboard requirements in collaboration with business users.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Develop scalable data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and optimized visualizations.
- Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams for data sourcing and performance optimization.
- Conduct data validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Provide business insights and recommendations based on data trends and analytics.
- Support governance, security, and performance optimization of Power BI environments. Create functional and technical documentation for analytics solutions.
