Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Role Senior SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant

Experience 7-12 years overall with strong handson SAP Fieldglass experience

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead functional solution design configuration implementation integration and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions

The consultant will serve as a senior functional SME partnering with business procurement IT suppliers and technical teams to translate complex external workforce and services procurement requirements into scalable SAP Fieldglass solutions

The role requires handson expertise combined with the ability to lead workshops own functional deliverables guide junior consultants troubleshoot complex issues and support programs through design testing deployment golive and stabilization

Key Responsibilities

SAP Fieldglass Solution Leadership

Serve as the SAP Fieldglass functional SME across implementation engagements

Lead requirements gathering and solutiondesign workshops with business and IT stakeholders

Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and SAP Fieldglass configurations

Evaluate requirements against standard SAP Fieldglass functionality and identify appropriate solution approaches

Own functional deliverables from requirements through production deployment

Review configurations and functional specifications prepared by other team members

Functional Configuration

Provide handson configuration expertise across relevant SAP Fieldglass processes

Support Contingent Workforce Management including job posting and workerrelated business processes





Support Services Procurement and Statement of Work SOW scenarios where required

Configure and validate business rules approval workflows and related functional requirements

Analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements to simplify processes and improve maintainability

Integration Technical Collaboration

Work closely with integration and technical teams to define Fieldglass interface and dataexchange requirements

Prepare and review functional specifications for integrations enhancements and development requirements

Support integration with SAP and other enterprise HRprocurement systems

Lead functional troubleshooting of integration failures and data discrepancies

Coordinate resolution across functional development QA middleware and business teams

Testing Deployment

Define test strategy from a functional perspective

Develop and review test scenarios and test cases

Lead functional activities during

oSystem Integration Testing SIT

oUser Acceptance Testing UAT

oRegression testing

oDefect triage

Coordinate business validation and defect resolution

Support data validation cutover planning deployment golive and hypercare

Provide postproduction troubleshooting and rootcause analysis

Stakeholder Delivery Management

Act as a senior point of contact between business stakeholders and SAP Fieldglass delivery teams

Facilitate workshops with procurement HR IT business users and other stakeholders

Communicate solution decisions dependencies risks and issues clearly





Manage competing requirements while maintaining alignment with agreed solution design and project scope

Mentor junior functional consultants and review their deliverables

Create functional documentation and deliver knowledgetransfer sessions to business and support teams

Required Skills

Strong handson SAP Fieldglass functional consulting experience

Endtoend SAP Fieldglass implementation rollout enhancement andor support experience

Strong knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management

Experience with Services Procurement SOW processes

Strong SAP Fieldglass configuration experience

Experience leading business requirements and solutiondesign workshops

Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and specifications

Experience working with SAP Fieldglass integration requirements

Strong experience with SIT UAT defect management cutover golive and hypercare

Experience troubleshooting complex functional and integration issues

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Robust stakeholdermanagement and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work across global and distributed delivery teams

Ability to mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance

Preferred Skills

Experience with integrations involving

oSAP S4HANA

Understanding of APIs middleware interfaces and enterprise integration concepts

Experience with largescale global SAP Fieldglass implementations or rollouts

Experience working with implementation partners suppliers and business stakeholders

SAP Fieldglass training or relevant SAP certification
