Experience:
6+ Years ? Role: Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer who can take ownership of complex systems, work across multiple technology stacks, and lead/mentor junior developers. The role involves working on IoT and AI-driven systems, with strong exposure to architecture, system integration, distributed systems, and scalable application development. ?
Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design, develop and maintain scalable systems
• Lead complex features and technical initiatives across projects
• Design and implement APIs and system integrations
• Ensure code quality, performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams
• Mentor junior developers and guide them on technical best practices
• Evaluate recent technologies and frameworks
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing ? What We're Looking For
• 6+ years of relevant software development experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead role.
• The role will involve approximately 60% team leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance and 40% hands-on development.
• Strong experience in system architecture and complex application development
• Proficiency across multiple programming languages/technology stacks
• Experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systems
• Exposure to AI/ML or AI-driven applications
• Strong understanding of software design principles
• Experience mentoring or leading a team of developers
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills ⭐ Good to Have
• IoT / IIoT experience
• Cloud platforms & scalable infrastructure
• Data pipelines / real-time processing / edge computing
