Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership 1.
Curriculum Management
• Lead the implementation of the ICSE & Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) curriculum, including IGCSE, AS, and A Levels.
• Ensure the effective integration of commerce-oriented subjects and promote practical learning experiences.
• Stay updated on ICSE & Cambridge curriculum changes and train staff accordingly. 2.
Teacher Training and Mentoring
• Organize workshops and professional development sessions focused on ICSE & Cambridge pedagogy.
• Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessment design, and classroom delivery.
• Foster collaboration among teaching staff to enhance academic outcomes. 3.
Student Development
• Promote holistic development, focusing on academics, co-curricular, and life skills.
• Encourage entrepreneurial and business-related projects to align with commerce-focused education.

Education:

• Proven leadership experience in an academic setting.

Skills:
• Strong understanding of ICSE & Cambridge syllabus structure and assessment strategies.
