• Patent Associate (1–3 years): Draft specifications and claims under senior guidance, conduct prior-art searches, and prepare invention summaries and drawing descriptions.
• Senior Patent Associate (3–5 years): Independently draft complete applications, lead invention disclosure discussions with inventors, and prepare responses to examination reports. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Draft provisional, complete, PCT, and foreign-filing patent applications.
• Work with inventors to understand and capture inventions clearly and completely.
• Draft claims with strong scope and well-structured fallback positions.
• Prepare applications compliant with IPO, USPTO, EPO, and other patent office requirements.




• Conduct prior-art searches and patentability analysis.
• Support office action responses and prosecution work. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Pharm / PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
• 1–5 years of hands-on patent drafting experience.
• Good understanding of Indian patent law, with exposure to US/EP practice a plus.
• Registered Indian Patent Agent qualification preferred (or actively preparing).
• Solid technical writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
