Salary Structure & Compensation

​Monthly Salary Package: Rs 15,800/- to Rs 65,500/- per month (Depending on designation, qualifications.

​Store Sales Executive / Customer Care Associate

​Salary: Rs15,800/- Rs 22,000/- month

​Billing Executive / Cashier

​Salary: Rs 18,000/- Rs 26,000/- month

​

​Visual Merchandiser & Inventory Supervisor

​Salary: Rs 24,000/-

Rs 38,000/- month

​

​Assistant Store Manager (ASM) / Store Manager (SM)

​Salary: Rs 40,000/-

Rs 65,500/- month

​Employee Benefits & Facilities

​Provident Fund (PF) & ESI: Mandatory PF contribution and comprehensive health coverage/ESI benefits.





​Overtime (OT) Pay: Rs 500/- per hour Extra hourly compensation provided for seasonal peak demand or additional work hours.

​Work Shifts: 10 AM to 5 PM.
