Role description

We are seeking a Lead AI Developer with 6 to 7 years of industry experience, including 1–2 years of hands-on AI/ML application development experience. The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, testing, and optimizing enterprise-grade AI solutions, with solid emphasis on Machine Learning, Gen AI, Python, MLOPS, LLMs, and Agentic AI, along with foundational exposure to LangGraph and LangChain.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise AI solutions using Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Python.
Build and optimize LLMs and Agentic AI applications, including intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows.
Apply LangGraph and LangChain for agentic application and workflow development.
Develop, test, and optimize AI-powered applications, including prompt engineering, context management, orchestration logic, memory frameworks, and agent interactions.
Apply MLOPS practices to support the development and deployment of scalable AI/ML applications.
Integrate enterprise data sources and APIs to automate complex business processes.
Collaborate with architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable,



and observable AI applications.
Follow software engineering best practices, CI/CD standards, and enterprise governance requirements.
