Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the complete onboarding journey of new clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between sales, delivery, and clients—ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to successful project kickoff.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end client onboarding process
Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded clients
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, Support) for seamless onboarding
Conduct onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and requirement discussions
Ensure all onboarding documentation, contracts, and credentials are completed accurately
Set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables with clients
Track onboarding progress and resolve any issues or escalations promptly
Collect initial client feedback and ensure a positive onboarding experience

Required Skills & Qualifications




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
Basic understanding of IT services / SaaS / digital solutions (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management
Exposure to IT services, software companies, or agency environments
Immediate joiners preferred
