Purpose of the Role

To develop new parts and products by understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that parts are manufactured correctly, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Development: Coordinate new part development from drawing review to successful production.
Drawing & Engineering: Understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing requirements.
Manufacturing Planning: Identify suitable machining and fabrication processes, operations, tools, and fixtures with guidance from experienced team members.




Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Production, Quality, Purchase, and other departments to ensure smooth part development.
Trials & Validation: Coordinate prototype manufacturing, first-piece inspection, corrections, and process validation.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain process plans, route sheets, setup details, and other NPD documents.
Problem Solving: Identify development issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and support corrective actions.
Cost & Delivery: Support efforts to reduce development time, manufacturing cost, and rework while meeting customer requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve manufacturability, processes, and production readiness.

Pay: From ₹480,000.00 per year
