Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality execution and effective coordination among internal teams, clients, contractors and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans and execution strategies.
Lead and coordinate site engineers, architects, contractors and project teams.
Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and quality standards.
Identify project risks, delays and operational challenges and take corrective action.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.
Manage contractor performance, vendor coordination and resource allocation.
Review project reports, BOQs, measurements and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide management updates.
Handle project escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/project management.
Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting and execution.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs and project costing.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel and project management tools is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
A strategic and result-oriented skilled with proven experience in managing multiple projects, leading teams and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
