Job Description – South Indian Vegetarian Cook Company: Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin Location: Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Responsibilities - Prepare traditional South Indian meals, including rice, sambar, rasam, avial, thoran, mezhukkupuratti, curries and other Kerala-style vegetarian dishes. - Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner items as per the restaurant menu. - Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes. - Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety. - Manage food preparation efficiently and complete tasks on time. - Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients. - Have good knowledge of Kerala-style vegetarian meals and traditional South Indian cuisine. Requirements - Previous experience in a South Indian or Kerala vegetarian restaurant preferred.



- Positive cooking skills and knowledge of traditional Kerala recipes. - Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting. - Teamwork, punctuality and a responsible attitude. - Passion for preparing authentic, tasty vegetarian food.
