Job Title: Center Head / Senior Dentist – Full time (Bangalore)
Eligibility: BDS / MDS with 3–7 years of clinical experience and active Karnataka Dental Council registration.
Role Dynamics: Full time, dedicated role managing one clinic location at a time independently.
Clinic Operations: Manage the entire center’s daily workflow, inventory, and dental chair utilization.
Specialist Liaison: Coordinate schedules, case briefings, and follow-ups with visiting clinical specialists.
Patient Conversion: Explain comprehensive treatment plans clearly to drive high case acceptance and revenue.
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict sterilization, cross-infection control, and hygiene protocols at the center.




Lab Coordination: Manage local lab workflows to ensure accurate and timely prosthetic deliveries.
Tech Adoption: Drive daily usage of digital RVGs, intraoral scanners, and clinic management software.
Patient Relations: Handle patient grievances smoothly to maintain high Google ratings and repeat footfall.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
