Job Title: Field Recruiter – Candidate Acquisition

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing valid candidates through market visits, reference generation, direct interaction, and field-level recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily market visits to identify, approach, and source eligible candidates for recruitment and enrollment.
Generate candidate references through existing candidates, local contacts, community networks, and referrals.
Identify and bring in genuine and eligible candidates who meet the required criteria.
Explain job opportunities




Follow up with interested candidates and share them the details for work
Build and maintain a robust network of local contacts to generate a continuous pipeline of candidates.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel locally for market visits and field recruitment.
Ability to generate references and source genuine candidates.
Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people.
Prior experience in field sales, recruitment, tele calling,
