What you'll do:
Generate your own leads through cold calls and outreach
Pitch our solutions and close deals
Meet monthly sales targets
Work remotely, with on-field client visits when needed
Training provided:
No prior product knowledge needed. We'll train you fully on what you'll be selling after you join.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role (no fixed salary).
14% commission on every deal you close
Deals start at Rs. 25,000 and go much higher, with no cap
Example: one Rs. 25,000 deal earns you Rs. 3,500. Bigger deals mean bigger payouts.
Commission is calculated on payment received from the client and paid once the deal is completed
Growth path:
Strong performers will get the prospect to move into a full time role with a fixed salary.
