Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for Head Office and branch roles (Branch Managers, ABMs, Customer Relationship Officers, and Sales Executives).
Onboarding & Training: Coordinate staff orientation, track field/branch training initiatives, and ensure operational readiness.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compliance with statutory regulations (EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax, Labour Laws).
Performance & Operations: Implement appraisal frameworks, performance management systems, branch transfer directives, and disciplinary/separation protocols.
Employee Relations & HR Policy: Draft corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and personnel communications while resolving internal staff grievances
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
