Banquet & Lawn Sales Manager / Event Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales, client acquisition, and bookings for our party lawns and banquet venues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, banquet, or venue sales, with a proven ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for weddings, receptions, social celebrations, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins), conduct property walkthroughs, and pitch lawn and banquet package options to prospective clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with local event planners, decorators, caterers, and corporate clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pricing, food and beverage options, decoration setups, and contract terms to finalize bookings and maximize venue occupancy.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the operations, kitchen/catering,



and maintenance teams to ensure flawless execution of all booked events.
Market Awareness: Keep track of local competitor pricing, market trends, and peak seasons to strategize promotional offers and optimize revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or event coordination within hotels, resorts, banquet halls, or dedicated party plots/lawns.
Network: Robust existing network of local event coordinators, vendors, and corporate clients is a distinct advantage.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (fluency in local languages and English is required).
Flexibility: Willingness to work versatile schedule, including weekends and peak festive/wedding seasons.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
