About the Role:

BearTech is hiring a Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) with prior CCTV camera selling experience. The main objective of this role is to call and follow up with the leads we receive from Facebook / Meta ads, understand their requirements, and convert them into paying customers for CCTV, GPS Tracking, and Biometric / Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated from Facebook / Meta ads and convert them into sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCTV, GPS Tracking, and Biometric / Security solutions
Share product details, quotations, and demos over call and WhatsApp
Follow up consistently with every lead until the deal is closed or clearly lost
Visit clients for site surveys, meetings, and demos when required (approx. 20% field work)
Maintain lead status, follow-up notes, and sales records in Excel / CRM




Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets

Eligibility & Skills:
Graduation (Bachelor's degree, any stream) is required
Previous experience in selling CCTV cameras is required
Robust telephone communication and sales skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Good follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Comfortable with in-house work (80%) and local field visits (20%)

What We Offer:
1st month (training period): ₹10,000 per month
From 2nd month: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month fixed salary
Fixed incentive in addition to salary
