Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical or polymer-based components.
Conduct material testing, data collection, and performance evaluations under supervision.
Support prototype development, fabrication, and validation activities.
Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement tasks.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and process notes as required.
Learn and comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and organizational procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D;, production, and quality departments.
Use engineering software/tools for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical and practical skills.
Required Skills:
Must be excellent in written and spoken English;
Net savvy and adept at computer skills.
