Job Description

My Carpresso LLP, an automobile body service centre in Kalamassery, is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Service Promotion Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting automobile body repair services, coordinating with insurance companies and surveyors, generating business opportunities, and developing relationships with customers and insurance representatives.

Key Responsibilities
Promote automobile body repair, denting, painting, and related services.
Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors regarding vehicle insurance claims.
Visit insurance offices, surveyor offices, and other locations for insurance-related coordination.
Assist customers with insurance claim procedures and documentation.
Generate new business leads and convert potential customers into service bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with insurance representatives and customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries and coordinate with the service team.





Eligibility & Requirements
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in automobile service promotion, insurance coordination, or business development will be an added advantage.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for insurance coordination and business development activities.
Knowledge of motor insurance claims and automobile services is an added advantage.
