Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field IT Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and networking issues, and maintain IT infrastructure at client locations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and IT peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and Windows OS issues.
Provide on-site technical support to clients and end users.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, IP addressing, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
Configure Outlook, email accounts and Microsoft 365 applications.
Handle basic IT security, antivirus, firewall and VPN-related issues.
Perform Windows installation, software updates,



driver installation and system upgrades.
Maintain IT equipment, service reports and troubleshooting records.
Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and technical issues.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of IP Networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Outlook, email configuration and Microsoft 365.
Basic understanding of Cloud, Firewall, VPN and IT Security.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Must have own two-wheeler for field visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
