Position: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Coimbatore
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
Process: US Healthcare
Job Responsibilities:
Handle insurance follow-up calls with US healthcare insurance companies.
Follow up on unpaid, pending and denied medical claims.
Check claim status and identify reasons for payment delays.
Contact insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.
Work on outstanding accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities.
Ensure timely resolution of pending claims.
Required Skills:
Valuable English communication skills.
Knowledge of US healthcare and medical billing
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
