Hiring: HR Manager – Jewellery Industry
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: 12–15 LPA
Experience: Relevant HR Management experience preferred
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Manage HR documentation, audits, and labour law compliance.
Oversee HR operations across departments and retail outlets.
Solid knowledge of HR practices in the jewellery industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Experience:
