BLABLIBLU is a fast-growing D2C fragrance brand built around experimentation, self-expression and being Against the Ordinary.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn that personality into content people actually want to watch, share and talk about.

What You’ll Do
Own BLABLIBLU’s social media strategy across Instagram and relevant platforms.
Conceptualise Reels, memes, carousels, stories and social-first campaigns.
Spot trends, sounds, formats and internet culture—and turn them into BLABLIBLU content.
Build a robust and recognisable brand voice.
Work with creators, designers and videographers to execute content.
Plan and execute social campaigns around launches, products and cultural moments.
Track reach, engagement, views, shares and follower growth—and use data to improve content.
Stay on top of competitors, creators and what’s happening on the internet.

We’re Looking For Someone Who




Has 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in D2C, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG.
Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
Has robust content instincts and copywriting skills.
Knows the difference between a trend worth jumping on and one that's already dead.
Can turn an idea into a Reel, campaign or conversation.
Is comfortable experimenting, taking ownership and moving rapid.
Has a portfolio or examples of social work to show us.
