Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate with sales, technical, service, purchase, and fabrication teams.
Monitor project progress, material availability, and dispatch schedules.
Maintain employee records, operational reports, and company documentation.
Track customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, and productivity.
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management.
Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
