Job description:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Senior Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations functions. The role requires robust expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and hands-on HR professional.
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for lateral and bulk hiring.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage offer rollouts and closures.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
Track recruitment metrics: TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio,



and offer acceptance ratio.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ATS records.
Drive employee engagement activities, surveys, and retention programs.
Handle employee grievances and promote positive employee relations.
Support performance improvement plans
Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and confirmation processes.

Candidates with facility Management experience will be considered.
