Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and company policies at construction sites.
Monitor and supervise MEP activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers.
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers for smooth execution of MEP works.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, checklists, and incident records.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness training for workers.
Ensure proper implementation of work permits for high-risk activities, including work at height, hot work, and confined space work.
Monitor housekeeping, material storage,



and secure working conditions at the site.
Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices to the concerned authorities.
Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements and emergency preparedness procedures.
Follow up on safety observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain safety documentation and MEP-related inspection records.

Experience: 3–5 years in construction, MEP, Safety & quality management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
