Position: Purchase Executive- Interior Design Company

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Education: Any Graduation

Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA

Working: 6 days

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Industry Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in a Interior Design / Construction / Building Materials company.

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchasing requirements for interior and
construction projects.
Source materials, products, and services from reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other
commercial terms with vendors.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper purchase documentation.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Verify material specifications, quantity, quality, and delivery
against purchase orders.




Develop and maintain valuable relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Maintain records of purchases, quotations, invoices, and vendor details.
Support cost control and ensure materials are procured within approved budgets.

Eligibility
Any Graduate.
1 to 2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Prior experience in a Construction or Interior Design company is mandatory/preferred.
Valuable knowledge of interior materials, construction and suppliers will be an advantage.
Positive negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
