We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and coordinate with clients regarding billing and account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial data using BUSY Accounting Software.
Prepare and issue sales invoices, bills, and other necessary documents.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for sales, purchases, payments, outstanding balances, and other accounting records.
Communicate with clients regarding their accounts, pending payments, outstanding balances, and billing queries.
Maintain customer ledgers and regularly reconcile accounts.
Track payment collections and follow up with clients for overdue payments.
Assist with purchase entries, sales entries, bank entries, and general bookkeeping.
Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of accounting documentation.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Fluent working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is prefferd.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Valuable communication skills, particularly for interacting with clients over phone and email.
Knowledge of invoicing, GST billing, ledger maintenance, and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organised records.
Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is organised, reliable, comfortable communicating with customers, and capable of independently handling routine accounting and billing operations.
