Key Responsibilities
Understand job descriptions (JDs), technical requirements, and client expectations.
Recruit for contract, C2H, and full time positions.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and availability.
Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
Required Experience & Competencies
4–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
Solid understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
Valuable knowledge of US employment types and work authorization categories (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience with contract and permanent staffing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, handle the team and manage multiple requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
