Total Station Surveyor – Building Construction

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Total Station Surveyor for a large-scale residential building construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out surveying and setting-out works using Total Station and Auto Level.
Establish and verify grid lines, coordinates, benchmarks, and reference levels.
Perform layout marking for foundations, footings, columns, shear walls, beams, and slabs.
Ensure accurate alignment, verticality, levels, and dimensions of structural elements.
Conduct as-built surveys and maintain accurate survey records.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and execution teams.
Verify survey measurements against approved structural and architectural drawings.




Ensure accuracy of survey instruments and periodic calibration.

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multistorey residential or commercial building construction.
Proficiency in operating Total Station, Auto Level, and related surveying equipment.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Experience in high-rise building layout and setting-out works preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in large-scale residential building projects and immediate joining availability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
