Job description:

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup & Operation:
Knowledge of CNC Operating & programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).
Prepare and set up CNC turning machines for production runs.
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment.
Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.
Programming & Adjustments:
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Input or modify CNC programs as needed.
Adjust machine settings to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards.
Document inspection results and maintain records.
Maintenance & Safety:
Perform routine maintenance on machines.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace.
Report any equipment malfunctions or hazards promptly.





Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CNC turning operations.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.
Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Work Conditions:
Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and machinery.
Requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy materials.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
