Job Title: PLC Program Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Program to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You will play a critical role in ensuring effective operations, troubleshooting system issues, and driving process improvements across our production workplace.

MINIMUM EXPERIENECE: 1 TO 3 YEARS

Key Responsibilities
Develop, program, and test PLC systems for industrial automation projects.
Design and implement control logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA integration.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve PLC and automation system issues.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver solutions.
Prepare and maintain documentation of PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
Proven experience in PLC programming (Siemens,



Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar).
Strong knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
Experience with HMI/SCADA software is an advantage.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
Experience in commissioning and field support.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and automation standards.
