We are looking for a skilled and responsible VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings, production requirements, and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor VMC machines for machining metal components.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Perform tool setting, tool changes, and basic tool offset adjustments.
Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Identify machine abnormalities, tool wear, and quality issues and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain daily production records and achieve assigned production targets.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
