Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily OPD, IPD, emergency, and discharge billing.
Supervise billing staff and ensure accurate billing.
Handle insurance and TPA cashless approvals.
Monitor insurance claim submission and settlement.
Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs.
Follow up on pending claims, deductions, and rejections.
Handle government health scheme claims, including Ayushman Bharat, where applicable.
Monitor outstanding payments and prepare daily/monthly reports.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, accounts, and medical records departments.
Resolve patient billing and insurance-related queries.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
Train and guide the billing and insurance team.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
