Job description

Coordinate project activities for Railway, Highway and Irrigation projects.

Coordinate between Project Manager, site engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors and Head Office.

Monitor daily project progress and prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports.

Coordinate site activities as per project schedules and execution plans.

Read and understand Civil/Structural drawings and project specifications.

Prepare, modify and update AutoCAD drawings Mandatory Skill.

Maintain project drawings, BOQs, work orders, measurement records and other technical documents.

Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements, manpower and project activities.

Follow up with contractors and subcontractors regarding work progress and pending activities.

Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring of project works.

Track project targets, delays and pending activities and coordinate for timely completion.

Maintain proper project documentation and correspondence.

Coordinate with government departments, consultants and other project stakeholders whenever required.

Prepare MIS and other reports as required by management.Analyse Engineering drawings,



derive quantities and define specifications for Railway structures , Earthworks, Bridges, Structures, other civil engineering works.

Review architectural and design plans, prepare quantity statements.

Preparing and estimating Project Quantities for bidding processes.

Project spectrum: Railway.

Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, Project Management software.

Documentation for Client bills processing, sub-contractor bill processing, materials purchase documentation for test certificates etc.

Work closely with clients Engineering Billing team to obtain approvals of certified working drawings, bills related clarifications and negotiation.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil)
